There are many, many different website out there from which you can buy followers, or which have tools that you can use to help you develop a larger following. One of the most common methods of doing this is simply by automatically following people based on their inclusion of certain keywords which you select in their tweets, in the hope that they will follow you back. Places like twitgeek will then automatically unfollow anyone who doesn't follow you back later on. This is ok and can help you to build up your followers, but my personal favorite is Twiends, which is a community building tool where you gain points for following other people, and then you promotes your profile for other people to follow until your your points run out.

We focusing on making the introduction, and you focus on deciding who you want to be friends with in the long run. Despite our name, we are not a "get followers fast" site or a follower train. You get to choose who you friend and they get to do the same. In saying that though, you will find that a lot people will follow you because you are on the site. Our focus is community building.
